15 Books That I Just Couldn't Live Without

I have so many books on my To Be Read list (TBR). I just keep buying more and more books currently I have about 70 books that need reading which is a lot and unfortunately I know I will probably buy more books before I finish reading the already huge pile of books.

20 Books That Made Me Question Life

There are some books that make you question everything after you have finished reading it. They can make you question life, love, problems, family relationships,people in general these amazing books can make an impact on us and make better changes for ourselves or just make us stop and contemplate something.

And I love finding books that make me feel like that, I love when I question my own surroundings or my lot in life, my relationship, my life in general, my problems with bullies. Just everything that surrounds me. Without questing these things I can't adjust my life and I feel personally that is so important.

So here is my top 20.

Books That Were Just 'Meh'

I'm sure we've all encounted the 'Meh' books. The book you read that you enjoyed but just not enough to use words like Loved or Liked, the books that just didn't fill it's full book potential. Books that just didn't float your boat.

Please do remeber that this is just personal opinion and just my experience with these books.

So these are my 'Meh'  Books.

• Me Before You by Jo Jo Moyes. I really enjoyed the book but it didn't make me cry or really hung over the plot. I also feel it was a tiny clichéd. 

• Landline by Rainbow Rowell. I felt quite detached from most of the plot from start to near on finish. I didn't understand nor find the book plausible, though there was some great progressing moments within the book. 

• Fire Sermon by Francesca Haig. I didn't enjoy the book the entire way through I found it complicated and just couldn't get into it for most of the book. But saying that I really loved the outline of the plot and even a year after reading it I still love to think about it. 

• Divergent by Veronica Roth. I liked the book but I really fell in love with the second and third book. There was great moments in the first book but it just wasn't sold on me like the other two books were. 

• The Picture Of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde. The book was so hard for me to fall into and try to delve into. The plot is amazing, creative and hauntingly beautiful but honestly I feel the writing at times let it down. I mean there were just pages of inconsistent rambling that weren't even important nor a developing issue. 

• Looking For Alaska by John Green. I feel I should od been hit harder by the book, like a full body blow sucker punch to the stomach. But I felt sort of emotionally detached from the book as much as I enjoyed the story.

• The Book Thief by Markus Zusak. I should of felt more grief and sadness in this book. I saw people talk about the book and love it which made me think that I like it but not enough to love it nor cherish it.

•  Alice In Wonderland by Lewis Carroll. The book was okay but not much else. So confusing and for me hard to actually get a vivid image of because of the outlandish things going on.

• How Hard Can Love Be by Holly Bourne. The book was hard to fall into and took a while for me to warm up to. Also for me the main bad person in this book was just too horrible that it emotionally annoyed plus upset me. 

• Dark Angel Trilogy by Eden Maguire. I think I expected far too much from the trilogy and my expectations just wasn't quite met. I enjoyed reading the trilogy but after a while the plot and the problems that arrive are just repetitive.

• Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins. The love triangle that is started is just too annoying and frustrating for me and especially Katniss with her personality it just clashed too much with me to be enjoyable for me. 

• Paper Towns by John n Green. I have to admit that I prefered the film. The book charecters judt didn't mix well for me in the book but when it came out on screen it made much more sense.The eding was a bit disappointing especially after such a big build up in problems. 

• Scorpio Race by Maggie Stiefvater. The book had a lot of potential and most of mmy hope were met by the book but I feel most of it was so easily predicted like there was really no secrets to the book. 

• My Sister Lives On The Mantelpiece by Annabel Pitcher. I wanted to read the book for at least 3 years and I guess after so long you have such high expectations and hopes of how the book will be. The word 'cos' was used way too much within the book that it made me way to angry whenever I saw the word. 

• Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell. I feel I should of enjoyed the book way more than I actualy did. The Fanfiction Carry On is amazing and continues on with the fanfiction written in Fangirl. Fangirl was great but it just seemed a little lifeless to me.

10 Reason Why I Am Probably A Bookaholic

A Bookaholic is like a Shopaholic but over books. The need to buy excessive amount of books at one time. There only needs to be one tiny reason to buy massive quantities of books.

• Some people say I have 'Too Many' books already I don't need to buy more.To that I scoff and say they are wrong.

• Because Books. 

• This book looks really pretty and unique therfore I need this. 

• Oh thats a lovely title so catch. I need it. 

• That books only a few bounds and it would of been £7.99. Need it. 

• By One Get One Half Price. Need it. 

• Oh I've read a book by this author before. Yup I automatically need it.

• This book has money of. Of course I need it. 

• The colour looks so good I love it. Need that right now. 

Top 10 Series/Trilogy

Personal top 10 not all will agree but that's cool. Some of the reasons these books are on here is because I wanted to be one of the characters, or even because simply there's not a big bunch of trilogys/series. Some of these I read over 4 years ago, some one or two are more recent.

• Beautiful Dead by Eden Maguire. I loved reading these books, I loved the way the books made me so sad,  happy,  in love and most importantly lucky.

• The Immortal Series by Alyson Noël. Reading this series was like entering the world of YA like a right of passage for me. 

• Fallen Series by Lauren Series. This was another YA right of passage for me and probably one of my most in depth love triangles and yes before Twilight. 

• Morganville Vapires by Rachel Caine. I started reading these books because the firstbook was free included in a magazine, once Ihad readthe first one I fell in love with them and couldnot stop reading them. 

• Hush Hush by Becca Fitzpatrick. With this seriesI canhonestly say I fell in love with Fallen Angels like I fell hard. These books made me realize how amazing stories can be and also I loved the fact I could fully lose myself within a book.  

• Lorien Legacies by Pittacus Lore (Ghost Writters). This is my first series of Science Fiction books, at first I was rather skeptical since I wasn't a fan of Science Fiction, I'm really enjoying reading these books. They are a so incredibly amazing. 

• Gallagher Girls by Ally Carter. I wanted to be a Spy so freaking bad after reading these bad ass, exciting,  reading on the edge of your chair type of book series. And they convinced me that I wanted to be a spy. 

• Divergent Series by Veronica Roth. The books was better honestly, hated the first film Divergent and ranted about its inaccuracyand just all round wrongness for over half an hour.

• A Game Of Thrones by George R. R. Martin. One point to point out is that there is so much more sex scense on the tv show and the books are so much more balanced, apart from the deaths. Such incredibly inventive books,  hauntingly beautiful in a death, war, brutality kind of way. 

• Shiver Trilogy by Maggie Stiefvater. I really loved reading this series and wanted to be a wolf in a pack more than once when reading these. I loved the entire story beging to finish including the dreaded Book Hangorver.  

Book Nerd Problems

I have collected certain book problems that piss me off, that happen often to me and I'm sure are relatable for others.

1. When the words stop. 
2. When people talk to you whilst you are reading. 
3. Not enought money for books. 
4. Book Hangover. 
5. Accidentally starting a series on the second book. 
6. When you finish a series/trilogy. 
7. Waiting for a new book to come out or a book in a series/trilogy. 
8. Bad eyes because of reading. 
9. Not enough room for books. 
10. Reading Slumps
11. Buying the second book instead of the first. 
12. Books that take an unplanned bath. 
13. Not enough books. 
14. Too many books. 
15. Books you read and don't like. 
16. Too many book suggestion. 
17. Not enough people to talk to about books. 
18. Not enough books in a series. 
19. Ruining a book by: spillages, food, tares, dog earing, baths, small humans, animals or worn/overused.
